1) Remain calm. Panicking

makes it harder to get out.

belongings. Make arrangements
for the later return of
anything salvageable.

3) Do not take risks. In these
situations outcomes are
always unpredictable.

4) Find the nearest exit.
Leave as soon as possible.

5) Close all doors behind you.
Allow yourself a clean break.

6) Do not call. This only
Drags things out and creates more
Opportunites to
Say things that you will regret.

7) Keep well clear. Make no
attempt to re-enter the
relationship. It's over.
